I decided to document my process in losing weight. I think I've been in denial long enough.
I feel blah. I ate too much yesterday and didn't work out. I even had a dream about people calling me fat. This is not good.
I'll be curious to see if working out will help to slowly shed the pounds... Of course I'll have to change my eating habits too...

(I hope.) My weight tends to fluctuate up and down a lot, so I don't know if it's gone for good. For some reason, I tend to be lighter on the weekends than weekdays. Unsure if it's because I eat less or sleep more?
Going to play badminton today. I've never been athletically gifted, but I'm willing to learn.
